Dr. Samuel De Palma offered a performance of a range of opera songs in the Main Capitol Rotunda on June 25, 2024. His performance was supported by the Arts & Culture Caucus who are advocating for a $15M investment in the Governor’s budget to support the vast arts economy in Pennsylvania.
